We had a sewer backup and Gima Renovation came to do all the restoration after the cleanup. Their crews were diligent and did excellent work from dry wall, painting, baseboards, flooring, carpeting, closets and finishing touches. The communication with Denise who did all the coordinating was wonderful and made everything go smoothly. We are so pleased!!!

When scheduling he was really flexible and worked around my schedule, he was on time and communicated with me before arriving to my house . Ivan and his team are incredible! I would recommend anyone to use Gima Renovation a thousand times over! They are so trustworthy and are worth every penny and do the job right. Ivan communicates very clearly and sets realistic expectations and timelines. He and his crew show up when they say they are going to show up and do the job right and on time. His crew and subs did our hardwood floors, drywall, insulation, plumbing, and electrical. I have some autoimmune diseases and have a sensitivity to mold and certain chemicals. Ivan not only was incredibly patient and understanding about it all, but was willing to help source from his suppliers and use certain non-toxic building materials that we knew I wouldn't have reactions to. We will definitely use them again for any projects we need in the future!
I needed a very small job done - frame in an opening in a wall for a recessed mirror. Ivan and his workers came in, despite the biggest jobs they had on their schedule and completed the job very quickly and very well! I will absolutely reach out to Ivan and his team when we have a bigger project planned. I was introduced to GIMA as a recommended business partner with a mitigation company when my 2nd floor water heater ruptured and leaked extensively on two levels of my house. The insurance company had me dealing with two different companies, one to replace the flooring, while another to perform the restoration for everything else. When Ivan came out to survey the damage, it was suggested that he could do everything. I preferred to work with a single contractor because of the timing and sequence to do all the work. From the moment I agreed to have GIMA perform the work, things happened precisely as promised. Ivan was in constant contact with me, keeping me up to date on the schedule and progress. If there was a delay or change, he would notify me immediately and then give me a rescheduled time when a crew would be here performing the work. He clearly stated what the crew would do at each step, and accurately assessed how long each step would take. I know my restoration project was not the most significant one GIMA had, but I never felt as though I was any less important. Everything was communicated clearly, each step of the way. The work crews were courteous and respected my property by taking great care to cover areas not being worked, and moving furniture and other items carefully. Each person was polite, and I had every confidence that they would do good work. Well, I was wrong - they did GREAT work! Down to the smallest detail, it was clear they took their time in making sure that the restoration work as performed with excellence. The end result was that my house looked better than it did prior to the water heater damage. I cannot say thank you and great job to Ivan and the folks at GIMA. I have told many people about the excellent work you all did, and those who saw my house previously and now are amazed at the difference. I do not particularly ever want to go through this process again, but if I had to, Ivan and GIMA Renovation would be my first and only choice to do the work. I've worked with Ivan on two different projects: a basement remodel and a post-popcorn ceiling removal project. Both projects included a lot of drywall repair and painting. The basement remodel required new flooring installation. On both projects Ivan was super responsive, timely, and efficient. His team was quick, thorough, and friendly. I like working with Ivan because he delivers on what he promises and the end result is professional. When we realized my ceiling needed another coat of paint after his team had wrapped up, he brought them back in to finish the work without question. I will definitely work with him again on future projects.
Recently GIMA did a complete renovation to my main bathroom. I gave the team an A+ and I have reasons to back up my evaluation. 1. They completed the job to the very end. 2. The job was first-rate. I want to congratulate Mr. Guillermo and Raúl for the detailed and beautiful tile work. 3. They accommodate our requests. Some of them were difficult to accomplish so they stated their concerns but after discussing the possible problems, they found ways to fulfill them. 4. They paid attention to details and they accommodated our fussy requests. 5. The price was reasonable and comparable with other contractors. 6. They were clean outside the job area. 7. They were polite The only thing that would take point from the evaluation is the time taken to accomplish the job. I had ivan build a garge for me. From the begging of the project all the way intel it was done he was very attentive. Him and his guys were very respectful and hard working. The project was done before the planned date. Left everything nicely done and cleaned. Did a final walk with him and he made sure i was happy with the results. Ivan and his team are exactly what you want from a contractor. MY wife and I have never done any work on a home and have only heard nightmare stories from all of our friends and neighbors about contractors being late, going over budget, or just doing poor jobs. Not Gima Renovation. Ivan quoted us for a full shower and flooring remodel, building a closet they had to cut into our wall to make with a sliding door, and repainting our bedroom and stuck to it. They were fast, detail oriented, very responsive and respectful, and worked extremely hard. They got all the work done in one week which was amazing. Now our shower and bedroom look incredible. My experience with this company was excellent. I had a water leak in the toilet bowl that caused extensive damage. Ivan immediately sent his team to my house, and they handled the entire restoration. At first, my wife was shocked to see the floor removed, cuts in the walls, and cuts in the ceiling of the ground floor, but Ivan explained the process to us step by step. The reconstruction began quickly and was top-notch. It turned out better than before. We are very grateful to your company for the attention they gave us.
